Welcome to Claddagh na nGael

OUR MISSION:

To promote Irish Culture in all forms of music, dance, language, and history.  

 

WHO WE ARE:

Claddagh na nGael is:  We are a non-sectarian, non-political, non-religious chartered CCÉ branch under the Mid-Atlantic Region of CCÉ North America.  In addition, we are a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization.

We aim to accomplish this by Producing or Supporting the following primary activities:

 

- Local Music Seisuns

- Educational Programs

- Lectures

- Concerts

- Summer Camp for Children

- Creating and/or Organizing Festivals

- Engaging in Outreach programs

- Offering Scholarships in Irish cultural experiences

 

BECOME A MEMBER:

The success of Claddagh na nGael and CCÉ as a whole is entirely dependent upon the commitment and dedication of volunteer members and supporters. As previously stated, both Claddagh na nGael and CCÉ have no political or religious affiliations. You do not have to be Irish to join. Comhaltas is open to anyone who is interested in culture & heritage.

 

We always welcome new members to our growing organization and encourage you to become involved at whatever capacity you are comfortable. Our events offer a friendly, inviting and informal atmosphere that members of all ages will enjoy.

 

Membership Benefits Include:

  • Discounts and Advance Notification of Branch Sponsored Events (Sessions, Workshops,Concerts, etc…)

  • Reduced Rates at CCÉ events worldwide, including the North American Convention and Fleadh

Membership is available at the following rates and is good for one year from November 1 through October 31.
